According to a recent article in REALTOR Magazine, the best time to list your home is in the middle of the week – more specifically Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The article mentions that homes listed on these days sell an average of two days faster, and for nearly $1700 more, than homes that are listed during the weekend.
This means that if you’re thinking about selling your home, don’t wait until the weekend to list it. Put your house on the market in the middle of the week, and possibly enjoy a faster sale and more profit!
